How to order (UK/Europe) When you see a product you like simply click on the 'add to basket' button to add this to your shopping basket. At any time you can click on 'view basket'. How to pay The Osborne Books web site allows you to order directly over the internet in a few easy steps using the secure and respected WorldPay service. You will need your credit or debit card details to hand, when you start to order. We also offer UK customers the choice to pay for items by cheque or postal order. Simply choose the relevant option in the checkout section of the site, print out your order and send it to us. Overseas customers wishing to pay by cheque please contact us. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment if you order online. Postage and packaging Our charges for postage and packaging are based on the quantity of books ordered. For deliveries within the UK, one book costs £3.00 plus £2.50 for every additional book (up to £10.00 maximum). For deliveries in the rest of Europe, one book costs £6.00 plus £3.00 for every additional book. For customers outside Europe wishing to place an order, please Contact Us for a quote for postage and packaging. Delivery Most orders are delivered within a week of receipt, but please allow seven to fourteen days. Many of our deliveries require a signature on receipt. If possible please quote a delivery address where a signature can be given during working hours. Product descriptions We have taken great care to make sure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, we reserve the right to make any changes, technical or otherwise to product specifications. Cancellation and returns policy You have the right to cancel your contract within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. This cancellation must be notified to Osborne Books in writing or by e-mail. If you cancel the contract within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Osborne Books at your expense within 30 days. You are recommended to return the goods in the original packaging or similar and should take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund (less postage) will be issued by Osborne Books within 30 days if the goods are received in resaleable condition. If the goods are not received in resaleable condition, Osborne Books reserves its right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
